I think I have some revelations about myself as a consumer of popular culture because in the society in which I live. I can contact many kinds of pop culture. Such as,the popular TV show-American top model, and different kids music style-rap, pop, R&B, and Jazz...
American culture always influence my daily live. For example, American food culture is very influenced me. Before I come to America I need to eat at least one bowl of rice per day, but now I don't need to eat rice for every day. I can eat different kind's food for my meal. When I go to work or school, I don't have enough times to think about my lunch, so fast food and salad is a petty good way for save my personal times. Finally American culture is changed my custom of the meal .

i had the same situation when i came here.Persian food is all about rice and it was hard for me to eat something else,but little by little i got used to it
